We are very excited to announce that tickets for our 9th Annual Drake's Folly Beer Festival are available! Something new this year is that the 1st session from Noon till 2 is a two hour session that includes special glassware, lunch inside the festival and a more relaxed and less crowded session (limited number of tickets being sold). The 2nd session is the same good time it has always been. Over 20 breweries, live music, great friends and delicious local beer await you on August 12th.

There is a $2 increase to cover PayPal fees. Tickets purchased online will be available for pick up at the door.

A heaping plate of tortilla chips layered with stout baked beans, in house smoked BBQ pulled pork and Colby jack cheese baked until melty perfection topped with lettuce & tomato served with a side of sour cream.

Pretzels deep fried until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Served with a side of house made Beer cheese sauce.

½ lb. grilled fresh burger patty topped with bacon, caramelized onion, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato served on a brioche bun and a side of Heinz Ketchup.

In house smoked and pulled pork smothered with homemade stout BBQ sauce and topped with Gouda cheese and served on a brioche bun.

In house smoked fresh sliced turkey breast topped with melted Swiss cheese, honey cashews and mixed greens served on a Pretzel roll with a side of honey mustard.

Shredded in House made Corned Beef, Swiss, Hawk’s local Sauerkraut and our own Russian dressing piled on toasted seeded Rye bread.

Refreshing summertime ale brewed with a fresh red raspberry puree. This was Prince's favorite beer since it is made with a "raaaaaaspberry puree"!

DEATH’S DOORSTEP (Cream Ale) 5% ALC 25 IBU

Cream Ale is a style that is on the verge of extinction. Its clean, crisp and delicate malt profile, paired with a subtle hop aroma have gone to the wayside. With today's beer market saturated with quadruple IPAs and ultra super uber Imperial Stouts we think its time to get back to craft beer’s roots. Lets resurrect this style and help continue its legacy.

 

NITRO MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP STOUT 5.5% ALC 10 IBU

Smooth stout brewed with a generous amount of chocolate and just a touch of mint, served on nitrogen.

 

BOLLOCKS BROWN ALE ALC 5% 20 IBU

English style Brown Ale brewed with crystal, brown and roasted malts which gives a coffee and toffee like characteristic.

 

PSYCHO SHEETS 6% ALC 5 IBU

Named with our American Psycho fans in mind this sour cran-apple red ale is brewed with cranberries and naturally fermented PA cider.

 

ON THE LASH IRISH STOUT ALC 4.8% 12 IBU

Named after the Irish slang term “To go out drinking” this Irish Stout is brewed with ale malt and roasted barley which gives this beer it’s dark appearance and hints of coffee and dark chocolate. We serve it on Nitrogen to give it that silky mouth feel.

 

814 CHERRY IPA ALC 6.8% 65 IBU

Lake Erie Ale Trail collaboration beer brewed with El Dorado and Calypso hops with just a hint of cherry.

 

HELL AND BACK $20 750 ml bottles only

The first beer in our “Survivor Series” Barrel Release. Hell and Back is a sour beer that begins its life as Raisin Hell, a Belgian style dark strong ale brewed with raisins, brown sugar and molasses. It was then transferred into Napa Valley cabernet barrels for an extensive, five year aging process. These lucky barrels were one of the few things that survived the devastating fire that ravaged our building on March 18, 2015. This is liquid history.
