At the Blue Canoe, we strive to serve the freshest local ingredients available and the finest in-house, hand crafted beers.

 

CAMPFIRE NACHOS 10

A heaping plate of tortilla chips layered with stout baked beans, in house smoked BBQ pulled pork and Colby jack cheese baked until melty perfection then topped with lettuce and tomato and served with a side of sour cream.

BAVARIAN PRETZELS 8

Pretzels deep fried until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Served with a side of house made Beer cheese sauce.

BAR DIP 9

House made dip served either hot or cold then paired with an accommodating dipper. Ask your server or check out the dining room chalkboard for today’s presentation.

WONTONS 9

Wonton wrappers that are hand stuffed, rolled and deep fried then served with a homemade dipping sauce. Ask your server or check the dining room chalkboard for today’s presentation.

BLOODY MARY MUSSELS 11

Steamed in a Bloody Mary mix with Horseradish, celery, Worcestershire, celery salt and pepper.

GRAM’S PEROGIES 8

Pan fried potato and cheese perogies tossed with caramelized onions and apples served with a side of sour cream.

All sandwiches are served with homemade pub chips. Substitute fresh cut fries for $2. Smoked Tofu can be substituted for any protein for no additional charge.

BREWSKI BURGER 10

½ lb. grilled fresh burger patty topped with bacon, caramelized onion, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato served on a brioche bun and a side of Heinz Ketchup.

BBQ PULLED PORK 9

In house smoked and pulled pork smothered with homemade stout BBQ sauce and topped with Gouda cheese and served on a brioche bun.

SPICY BOURBON BIRD 10

Grilled chicken breast glazed with spicy bourbon sauce topped with peppers, onions  and gouda cheese served on a brioche bun.

NUTTY LONG BEARD 9

In house oven roasted fresh turkey breast topped with melted Swiss cheese, honey cashews and mixed greens served on a Pretzel roll with a side of honey mustard.

REUBEN 9

Shredded in House made Corned Beef, Swiss, Sauerkraut and our own Russian dressing piled on toasted seeded Rye bread.

Smooth stout brewed with a generous amount of chocolate and just a touch of mint, served on nitrogen

India Pale Lager brewed with a single variety of hop, Azacca (named after the Haitian God of agriculture) which boasts a tropical fruit profile

Big strong barley wine brewed with a generous amount of Equinox and Mosaic hops. At 13% this beer really packs a punch so please drink with caution...we don't want to see your alter ego!

HELL AND BACK $20 *750 ml bottles only*

The first in our "Survivor Series" Barrel Release. Hell and Back is a sour beer that begins its life as Raisin Hell, a Belgian style dark strong ale brewed with raisins, brown sugar and molasses. It was then transferred into Napa Valley cabernet barrels for an extensive, five year aging process. These lucky barrels were one of the few things that survived the devastating fire that ravaged our building on March 18, 2015. This is liquid history.

Here at the Blue Canoe, we hand craft all of our beer in-house. Each batch is brewed with the finest ingredients from around the world. We try to have a wide variety of beers on tap to satisfy anyone. We have beers ranging from our 5.2% abv Lager, which is aimed at the domestic beer drinker, to our ever-changing variety of seasonal geared toward the more adventurous soul.
