Flashlite Lager

This is a premium American light lager. No corn or rice is used in making this lager. We used German noble hops and a southern German uearst from Munich to make this light and very drinkable lager.  Alc. 4.0%  Bitterness 12

Titusville Gold Lager

This is a classic German Helles (pale in German) lager. This lager comes across with a slight malty sweetness and then a crisp hop finish.  Alc. 5.2%  Bitterness 20

Class 5 APA

This American pale ale is made with North American pale ale malt, American Chinook, and Galena hops in the boil. Then Cascade and Galena hops are added during aging, a process known as "dry hopping". This ale will have a citrus and piney tang softened by the sweet bitterness of the hops.  Alc. 5.2%  Bitterness 45

Heavy Kevy

This Wee Heavy Scotch ale goes through a vigorous boiling process which caramelizes much of the sugars. This caramelization helps give the beer its nice, malty sweetness and rich mahogany color. Don't be afraid of the dark!  Alc. 6.8%  Bitterness 12

Rotating Stouts

Dark ale first developed in Britain and Ireland during the 1600's. This direct descendant of Porter varies in color, flavor, and strength of alcohol (4% for basic up to 12% for imperial). Ask your server about the current stout on tap.

Brewer Note

Here at the Blue Canoe, we hand craft all of our beer in-house. Each batch is brewed with the finest ingredients from around the world. We try to have a wide variety of beers on tap to satisfy anyone. We have beers ranging from our 5.2% abv Lager, which is aimed at the domestic beer drinker, to our ever-changing variety of seasonal geared toward the more adventurous soul.
